General

Which spaces are included when I make a booking?
With a standard booking, the main space(s) are included. The Space is the central retreat or training area, The Lobby serves as the lounge, and basic facilities such as restrooms, a cloakroom, and a coffee/tea station are included. Depending on your needs, we will make clear agreements about the use of the various spaces.

Which spaces need to be booked separately?
Break-out rooms, additional session rooms, guest rooms, and the spa can be booked separately. We are happy to advise you on what best suits your program.

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and signed contracts between The Building and the Tenant, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Building is a place for reflection, creation and responsible gathering. These terms and conditions exist not only to protect the venue, but also to safeguard the quality, safety and integrity of the activities hosted here, for guests, neighbours and the surrounding environment.
