The Building is approached through the Common Woods neighborhood, arriving on foot or by bicycle via the main entrance, or by car through the parking garage, which offers direct indoor access.
Arrival from the parking is on the lower ground floor, where the office and reception are located. From the entrance hall, the building opens gently: a restroom to one side, THE SPA to the other, and straight ahead, the heart of the space.
THE SPACE (76 m2) is a calm, adaptable room designed to host a variety of gatherings. With a warm bamboo floor and underfloor heating, it supports meetings and brainstorms as naturally as ceremonies, movement, or yoga sessions. All props and materials are available, allowing the room to shift effortlessly between focus and flow.
Adjacent to the main room is THE LOUNGE, a light-filled space overlooking the forest. Here, a long lounge sofa invites conversation, reflection, or informal moments together. The layout can be transformed into a theater setting, making the space equally suited for presentations, talks, or shared sessions, supported by a built-in projector and screen.
A concrete staircase or lift leads to the ground floor, where the THE LIVING, forms a natural meeting point with its spacious and light living kitchen. An 18-seat dining table anchors the space, encouraging long meals and shared conversations. From here, doors open to THE ROOFTOP GARDEN, offering a place to sit outside and reconnect with the surrounding landscape. This level also includes two guest rooms and a separate restroom.
THE GUEST ROOMS are designed for both rest and retreat, each featuring a comfortable double bed (160cm), an additional single bed on a loft, a private ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and chair, meditation cushions, ample storage, and thoughtfully provided linens, bathrobes by Yumeko.
On the first floor, four additional guest rooms are joined by a quiet workspace in the corridor, suitable for writing or laptop work. This floor also houses THE SESSIONS ROOM, ideal for breakout conversations, one-on-one sessions, or podcast recordings.
