These are sessions - single or multi-day - where leaders do the inner work that makes outer transformation sustainable. Retreats & Ceremonies

Retreats and ceremonies create space for depth. They offer access to what surface-level work cannot reach. Embodied practices like breathwork, cacao ceremony, movement, and forest bathing are woven into your program. Facilitated sessions give structure while unstructured time allows space to breathe - both are essential.

These programs work as single-day intensives or multi-day retreats. Overnight stays allow integration to unfold naturally rather than rushing the process. The forest invites walking and reflection. The spa supports physical release between sessions. Shared meals become moments of ritual when the work calls for it.

THE
SET-UP

The Building is approached through the Common Woods neighborhood, arriving on foot or by bicycle via the main entrance, or by car through the parking garage, which offers direct indoor access.

Arrival from the parking is on the lower ground floor, where the office and reception are located. From the entrance hall, the building opens gently: a restroom to one side, THE SPA to the other, and straight ahead, the heart of the space.

THE SPACE (76 m2) is a calm, adaptable room designed to host a variety of gatherings. With a warm bamboo floor and underfloor heating, it supports meetings and brainstorms as naturally as ceremonies, movement, or yoga sessions. All props and materials are available, allowing the room to shift effortlessly between focus and flow.

Adjacent to the main room is THE LOUNGE, a light-filled space overlooking the forest. Here, a long lounge sofa invites conversation, reflection, or informal moments together. The layout can be transformed into a theater setting, making the space equally suited for presentations, talks, or shared sessions, supported by a built-in projector and screen.

A concrete staircase or lift leads to the ground floor, where the THE LIVING, forms a natural meeting point with its spacious and light living kitchen. An 18-seat dining table anchors the space, encouraging long meals and shared conversations. From here, doors open to THE ROOFTOP GARDEN, offering a place to sit outside and reconnect with the surrounding landscape. This level also includes two guest rooms and a separate restroom.

THE GUEST ROOMS are designed for both rest and retreat, each featuring a comfortable double bed (160cm), an additional single bed on a loft, a private ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk and chair, meditation cushions, ample storage, and thoughtfully provided linens, bathrobes by Yumeko.

On the first floor, four additional guest rooms are joined by a quiet workspace in the corridor, suitable for writing or laptop work. This floor also houses THE SESSIONS ROOM, ideal for breakout conversations, one-on-one sessions, or podcast recordings.

Culinary

Centrally located in The Building, our kitchen forms the literal and metaphorical heart of the space. We work with caterers and retreat chefs who prepare delicious, colorful meals using organic and local seasonal produce wherever possible. Our catering is vegetarian by default, with vegan options or fish available as a supplement on request. We believe good food belongs to the development of big ideas, which is why we pay close attention to quality, taste, and nourishment. The professional kitchen is also equipped for live cooking - where the preparation itself becomes part of the experience. Have a specific vision in mind, or prefer to bring your own chef? We’re happy to think along with you.

NEED HELP DESIGNING YOUR PROGRAM?

Let's build it up together. We collaborate with facilitators in various fields of expertise. Reach out to explore what's possible.

Rewilding

[Duration varies]
An invitation to remember what we’ve forgotten. Through movement, observation, and interactive exercises, participants reconnect with natural instincts and ecological rhythms. This isn’t about returning to some imagined past - it’s about cultivating curiosity, adaptability, and a felt sense of belonging in the living world. Sensory awareness practices and embodied exercises awaken both personal and ecological connection. You leave revitalized, inspired, and more capable of living in balance.

The Building

Shinrin-yoku (森林浴)

[duration varies]
The Japanese practice of forest bathing, adapted for groups seeking restoration. Through mindful walking and sensory exercises, participants immerse themselves in the forest’s sights, sounds, and scents. Slowing down enough to notice the subtle details that daily stress obscures. The practice enhances relaxation, clarity, and well-being while fostering awareness of our deep interconnection with natural systems. You leave rejuvenated, grounded, remembering you’re part of something larger.

The Building

Breathwork

[Duration: 120 minutes]
Conscious breathing as collective practice. Participants learn techniques that release tension, restore energy balance, and calm the nervous system. Guided through different breathing rhythms in a safe, supportive environment, groups discover how breath can shift both individual state and collective presence. This practice builds resilience, enhances mental clarity, and deepens team connection. You leave feeling focused, relaxed, and aligned.

The Building

Cacao Ceremony

[Duration: 60-120 minutes]
A shared ritual of presence and connection. Ceremonial cacao - a natural heart-opening plant medicine - supports relaxation and focus while creating space for reflection. The session begins with intention-setting, followed by mindful drinking and grounding exercises. Gentle music or guided meditation holds the container. This ancient practice fosters team bonding, emotional clarity, and creative thinking in ways corporate team-building never could. You leave feeling connected, inspired, aligned

The Building

Watsu

[Private Session]
Watsu is water-based bodywork in our heated pool. Watsu combines massage, stretching, and supported floating in warm water. Buoyancy releases what tension has hardened. Breath, touch, and rhythm create a profound connection between body and mind. This practice is deeply restorative - enhancing calm, presence, and overall well-being. You leave relaxed, renewed, more attuned to your body’s natural flow and wisdom.

The Building

Human Design

[Private or small group session]
A system for understanding your unique energetic blueprint. Human Design maps how you’re designed to make decisions, interact with others, and move through the world. Through explanation, self-reflection, and discussion, you gain insight into your natural tendencies, strengths, and challenges. This practice fosters self-awareness and alignment with your authentic nature - helping you work with your design rather than against it. You leave empowered, informed, capable of living in greater harmony with who you actually are.
