The heart of The Building: a multifunctional gathering room where transformation takes shape. Eighty square meters of possibility featuring bamboo floors, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forest, and natural light flooding through. This space adapts to what you need: theatre seating for eighteen people, workshop circles, ceremony configurations, or strategic sessions around tables. Every booking includes a professional sound system, full technical setup with flipchart, whiteboard, and mobile 70" interactive flatscreen, plus access to The Lounge for arrivals, breaks, and informal conversation.

The social centre: a custom oak kitchen flowing into communal dining. The kitchen features a Liebherr cooling system with wine climate cabinet, Quooker tap, dual dishwashers, Gaggenau ovens, and Bora domino cooking system with two induction plates, teppanyaki surface, and integrated extraction - everything needed to prepare meals that bring people together. A solid oak dining table seats twenty with views over the treetops, and doors open to the rooftop garden for outdoor gathering. This floor also holds the main entrance where Jesse Visser’s artwork Beacon of Light welcomes you in, plus two guest rooms and one toilet.

Where ideas spill over after sessions end. A warm space with wooden floors and modular seating that transforms from intimate corner lounge to cinema-style theatre. Large glass doors open to the forest, a pantry provides refreshments, and beamer and screen are ready for presentations. The cloakroom - holding fifty hangers - provides ample storage, and there’s a toilet available for your use. This is the in-between space - for arrival coffee, lunch conversations, and the unstructured moments that foster real connection.

Restoration made tangible. The basement holds a complete wellness sanctuary designed for grounding, recovery, and embodied practice. A swimming pool with counter-current system for training, sauna for heat therapy, cold plunge for contrast therapy, steam cabin for deep release, and a treatment room for bodywork. There is also a fully equipped gym for movement, and changing facilities with waterfall showers. The pool is lined in Verdi Alpi marble from northern Italy - literally “green of the Alps” - its deep veining echoing the forest overhead. Solid travertine floors run throughout, grounding the space in natural stone that ages with grace.

The six self-contained rooms have been designed for rest and reflection - space to step back from the work and settle. Each room features a 160cm bed with raw wood headboard that integrates power, USB charging, and a reading light. A custom wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, and a work desk complete the space. The private ensuite includes a freestanding vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower with both hand and rain shower heads.

A quiet fifteen-square-meter room designed for work that needs containment. Set up for one-on-one sessions - two chairs in coaching configuration - but the space adapts. It is suited for breakout conversations during retreats, strategic pairs-work, therapeutic sessions and podcast recordings. Intentionally minimal, allowing you to shape it to whatever work your program needs. The space provides natural light, complete acoustic privacy, and direct views into the woodland.

Set among the treetops and surrounded entirely by forest, our private rooftop garden and greenhouse offer a welcome escape. Seating tucks into the green, suspended in the canopy, where the boundaries between built space and woodland dissolve. It is the perfect place for breaks between sessions, conversations away from the table, and little moments of solitude.
